Tortilla Rollups

|
8 oz. softened cream cheese 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup salsa 4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese 1 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. cilantro (optional) 3 Tbls. black olives (optional) 24 very thin slices of ham 1 dozen tortillas
|
Mix top 7 ingredients until smooth.
Spread on tortilla, leaving 1/2 inch free around edges.
Tear 1-3 slices of ham to cover tortilla evenly.
Roll up tightly and cover plate with plastic wrap. Chill.
Cut into 1/2 inch slices or as a whole.
