 |
 |
6 or more slices bread, white or grain, optional Soft butter or margarine Garlic Powder, Optional
|
Trim all sides of the bread. Lightly butter one side of each slice.
Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray (Pam, etc.).
Insert each slice into the muffin spaces centering so that the four corners are pointing up like a tulip.
Place in moderate over of 350 degrees F. for 10-12 minutes to toast.
If garlic taste is desired, mix garlic powder in with the butter before spreading on the toast. Set out on a rack to cool and fill with tuna, ham, egg or other salad. I use a melon scoop to fill them.
Add olive or other decoration on top of the filled cup.
Enjoy!
