Vegetable cutlet

-One or two flowers from the cauliflower -One carrot -One brinjal -Two potatoes boiled and mashed -One onion grated -One green chilli -One tomato cut into small cubes Oil -Bread crumbs -Maida/wheat flour - one handful mixed in water to the consistency of Dosa batter with salt
|
Finely chop all the vegetables. Pour about one tablespoon oil and all the vegetables and sim the gas and let it cook. To the vegetable, add, chopped garlic(optional), pepper powder (half teaspoon),garam masala(half teaspoon),remeric powder(half teaspoon)and salt to taste. Once it gets cooked and is dry, add mashed potatoes and mix well. let it cool. Make small balls, press it and dip it into the wheat/maida batter and roll it on the bread crumbs and shallow fry on a tava.
Eat it hot with tomato sauce.
