2 lb. buffalo cut chicken wings 6 ea. whole serrano chili peppers 6 ea. whole red chile peppers 10 ea. whole jalapeno peppers 2 cups white wine 1 bottle tobasco sauce 1/2 bottle worsterchire sauce 10 tsp. cayenne pepper 10 tsp. Dunkee red Hot Pepper Sauce 1 Tbls. salt 3 Tbls. pepper 1/2 cup vinegar bottle soda water

In blender puree (WEAR GLOVES PLEASE WHEN HANDLING PEPPERS) all ingredients. Marinate wings up to 5 days in large bowl or deep dish. Broil wings for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, take marinade and place on stove in small saucepan. Add 1/4 cup sugar and heat to boil. Pour over wings and place under broiler again. Serve with soda water for maximum heat.
