Angelos Beef Stroganoff Delicious And Easy to Prepare! |

Olive oil 2 Tbls. Butter 1/2 cup onion, chopped or sliced 2 cloves Fresh garlic Basket of fresh mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 Tbls. Soy sauce 1 Tbls. Worchester sauce 1 sm. container Sour cream White wine Egg noodles, extra wide Filet mignon

Drizzle olive oil in skillet along with 2 T of butter. Let butter melt, add your beef, brown both sides, and remove from pan.
Add a half of cup of onion, chopped or sliced, 2 cloves of garlic, sliced and your mushrooms, sliced. Let it cook till onions are translucent.
Then add both cans of soup, 1 Tbls. of soy sauce, 1 Tbls. of Worchester sauce, stir till combined well.
Add small container of sour cream, stir until combined well.
Add your browned beef and any juices that may have accumulated back to pan. Drizzle some white wine.
Stir, cover pan with tin foil and bake in oven at 250 degrees F. for 2-3 hours.
Serve over the wide egg noodles.
