Apple Cinnamon Meatballs in sauce

1 lb grond beef, 1 tsp salt, 1 package instant apple cinnamon oatmeal, 1 tbsp brown sugar, pinch onion powder, pepper
Sauce:
1 cup sour cream, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup milk
|
mix all ingredients, form into balls. lightly brown.Mix sauce ingredients. Place meatballs in crockpot, pour sauce over top. Cook on high four hours.
