BBQ Roast Beef

|
4 lb. roast 1 cup ketchup 1 cup barbeque sauce 4 cups chopped celery 2 cups water 1 cup chopped onion 2 Tbls. vinegar 2 Tbls. brown sugar 3 Tbls. worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. cayanne pepper 1 tsp. salt 2 lemon slices (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. Pour over beef.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 5 hours. Turn beef occasionally.
Shred beef with fork and serve on buns.
