Bacon and Chorizo topped Burgers
|

3 1/3 pound burgers 1/2 pound apple cured bacon 1/2 pound chorizo 3 slices of provolone and cheddar 3 cabbata buns
|
Cut the bacon and chorizo up into small pieces and mix together. Fry in a pan until cooked. Cook burgers in the same pan. When the burgers are almost done put the already cooked mixture of bacon and chorizo on top and melt the cheeses over them to keep the mix in place. Toast the buns and butter them, then fry them in a pan until brown. Assemble burgers and eat.
