Baked Meatballs Juicy, flavorful meatballs |

2 lbs. ground chuck 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 T finely chopped onion Teriyaki sauce Parsley flakes
|
Combine beef, garlic, and onion in a bowl. Shape into equal size balls, place side by side in a baking dish (I use a Pyrex dish). Shake Teriyaki sauce over meatballs, use as little or as much as you'd like. Sprinkle parsley flakes over top and bake at 375 F until browned and done, about 20 minutes. These are the most flavorful and juiciest meatballs and do not fall apart.
