Beef Dip Embarrasingly easy... this makes a great meal. |

Beef chuck roast, 3~4 lbs will do water, 6 cups soy sauce, 1 cup minced garlic, 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, 1 tablespoon bay leaves, 3 or so
|
Put roast in slow cooker on low Season with dry stuff Pour in mix of water & soy sauce Run for 8~10 hrs, when you can shred it with a fork it's done. Serve on split french or italian loaf and use the sauce for dipping. Yummers
