Beef Rolls Cordon Bleu

1 lb. Ground Beef 1 Egg 1/4 Cup Rolled Oats 3 Tbsp Onion Soup Mix 1 Tsp Salt Ham Mozzarella Cheese Slices

Mix together all Ingredients except Ham & Mozzarellas Cheese Slices. Shape into thin Patties about 4 inch diameter.
Place slice of ham and cheese on each pattie and roll up jellie-roll style (try to seal ends so that cheese does not leak out). Dip Rolls in dried bread crumbs or cornflake crumbs and saute in oil (2 tbsp) about 25 minutes. (You can also eliminate the bread crumbs or cornflakes and make paddies filled with ham and cheese sealed inside the patty and try to bake them in the oven).
Then make the sauce to pour over your patties, Or Serve the Patties with the option to pour sauce on just before eating.
Sauce: 1 Can Mushroom Soup 1/2 cup Milk Salt and Pepper to Taste 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce Fresh or canned mushrooms (optional) Heat slowly until hot and bubbly Pour Over Rolls
