Beef n Tomato Mac-Goulash

1 1/2 cups uncooked Macaroni 1 lb hamburger 1 medium onion chopped 1 can (28 oz) Italian canned tomatos (add clamato juice if goulash requires more liquid while cooking) 1 can whole kernel corn drained salt and pepper to taste garlic to taste chopped red and green peppers to taste chopped mushrooms to taste
If you want a slightly hotter goulash add a small amount of chopped jalapeņo peppers without seeds.

Cook Macaroni according to the package directions. Meanwhile in a large skillet cook beef, onion, peppers, garlic until meat is very well done and no longer pink and then drain. Stir in tomatoes and corn. Drain Macaroni, stir into beef mixture. Cook uncovered for 15 -20 minutes or make sure your dish is well heated through and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with Tossed Green Salad.
