Best Dang Burger BBQ |

2 pounds ground beef 5 spring onions, minced 1 Tbls. seasoning salt 1 tsp. black pepper 1 Tbls. scotch bonnet pepper sauce 1 Tbls. dry salsa seasoning 1 tsp. dry mustard
|
Mix the above ingredients in a bowl, form into 4 large flat burgers (they'll shrink a bit on the bbq).
Spread a wee bit of oil on the burgers to prevent sticking.
Serve on a large grainery kaiser bun with your favorite toppings!
