Brisket Easy On the Grill,Great for Parties! |
7-10 lbs. Brisket, from your grocery meat dept, trimmed or untrimmed 2 green or red bell peppers 2 onions seasoned salt worcestershire sauce
Prepare fire on the grill with 10lbs. of charcoal. Rub worcestershire sauce on both sides of the brisket. Add seasoned salt. Cut or slice bell peppers and onions. Lay on upper side of brisket, the side with less fat is your top side. Attach 2 long strips of foil, carefully joining at the seam, so as to not let the foil leak any of the juices while cooking. You must attach the foil to make 3 to 4 doubled strips. Place the brisket in the center of foil strips and begin to wrap, making sure to wrap 3 to 4 times, remember your peppers and onions are on your top side. Keep in place during 1st wrap. Place on the grill top side up. Carefully roll brisket once an hour for 4 hrs making sure not to tear foil during the rolling process. At the end of the forth hour, carefully remove brisket into a large open pan. Peel away foil, and mmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmmm good, smell the aroma! Cut, slice, or shred brisket to your desire and enjoy! Don't forget your sauteed onions and bell peppers somewhere in the juices!
