Cindy's American Meatloaf

1.5 Lbs Minced Meat 1 onion 1 Package of french onion soup mix 1 Egg Salt and pepper 1/4 cup bread crumbs 4 slices bacon Squirt of ketchup
|
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl except the bacon and ketchup. Put it in a bread tin. Lay bacon on top of the meatloaf then put ketchup over the top of the bacon. Cover with aluminiun foil. Bake in hot oven 160C. Cook til bacon is crisp for aproximulately 1.45 hours.
