Delicious Meatloaf

2-3 lbs ground beef
2 tsp Worcesterschire sauce
2 tsp celery flakes
2 eggs
1/2 C bread crumbs
1/4 C ketchup
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder OR finely diced onion
1/2 C milk or water
Sauce--recipe follows

Place ground beef in large bowl; in small bowl combine all other ingredients (except sauce). Mix together well, consistency should be just a little less thick than oatmeal. Adjust liquid to consistency if needed. Combine seasoning mixture with beef and mix well with hands. Shape into loaf and cook at 375 45 minutes to an hour. During last 5-10 minutes of cooking, baste with sauce.
To make sauce, mix 1/2 C ketchup, 2 tsp yellow mustard, 1/2 C brown sugar, and 1 T honey.
