Flank Steak Fahitas Spicy as you need it |

Flank Steaks 1 bunch Large carrots 1 green Bell Pepper 1 large white Onion 1 bunch cilatro 10 Roma tomatoes 10 medium Jalapenos Large tortillas 3 limes Seasonings

Slice steaks long ways to ¼” to 3/8” thick slices. Place in a container to marinade. Marinade to consist of Lime juice Worcestershire, salt, pepper, cayenne, and allow to sit in refrigerator for several hours. Let sit out before cooking until about room temperature. Dice the onion, carrots, romas, jalapenos, cilantro and add the juice of remaining limes and place all in a bowl. Season to taste Allow to stand stirring occasionally. Pan fry (or grill) steak until medium rare. Place strips of steak in a tortilla and cover with the pica mixture, roll and place on plate
Can make as much as needed by increasing amounts of each item
