Grandma Maria's Meatballs - Variation Real Italian Meatballs |

2 lbs. ground chuck 2 eggs 1 teas. salt small handful grated cheese small handful chopped parsley 3 cloves garlic - minced 1 cup plain breadcrumbs approx. half glass water

Put the ground beef into a bowl. Add the breadcrumbs and pour about half a glass of water on breadcrumbs to wet. Add all the rest of the ingredients. Mix with hands. Shape into meatballs the size of a golf ball (approx.) Line a cookie sheet with foil. Spray with non-stick spray. Place the meatballs on the tray. Bake in oven 350 deg. for about 15-20 mins.
If they are to be served with Sauce and macaroni, put into pot of sauce just before serving.
Makes about 20 - 24 meatballs.
