Grilled Garlic Spiced Beef Tenderloin
3 Tbsp Tony Chachere's Original Seasoning
6 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp dried tarragon
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 (5 lb) beef tenderloin, trimmed

 

Combine first five ingredients in a bowl to form a paste. Rub paste into tenderloin, cover and chill for one hour. Grill to desired doneness over hot fire. Remove from heat, let steak rest for 10 minutes, then slice into 12 servings. Serve immediately.
