What you do: Take them ground beef, outta them package, put them in a mixing bowl, spread them out all around them sides. Mix them seasonings up real good, then sprinkle them seasonings evenly on them meat. Next mix one diced onion with what you got in them bowl with them egg, first you better undress them, and mix the mixture up good. Now you split them mixture into three parts, so you got about 6 oz. of patties, make them round and flat not over 1/2 inch thick. Get you a large skillet, put in 1 Tbls. oil, and fry them patties over medium high heat, try to sear them on both sides first and then cook to med-well done. Remove them from the skillet. Put on a plate n' save. Now is them skillet still on them fire, good! Put them water with boullion in there and get them renderings out, pour them into a dish, gonna use them shortly.
Now wipe out them skillet, put them remaining oil in there, sprinkle the flour in them oil, and make you a dark brown roux. More if you need them. When it is dark brown, add that second onion you been hording, and saute' to tender, when almost ready add them bell peppers and soften. Now add them Renderings that I told you to save, maybe some more water to make slightly thin gravy. Now put them Hamberger steaks back in them pan, add them mushrooms with juice and reduce.(That mean simmer until slightly thick)
While the gravy n' meat is simmering, fry them country fries, man, just like you always do, and when you are finished, put them on some paper towel to drain.
Check them gravy and adjust the salt to taste. Now put you a pile of them fires on a plate, and spoon them gravies over them, get you a Hamberger steak and put it on them plate too. Now enjoy, is good, no?
Bon Appetite!
