Leslie's Best Meatloaf Main Dish |

1 lb. ground chuck 1 lb. ground lamb 1 lb. roll pork sausage 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal 2 tsp. salt (amount optional) 1 tsp. ground pepper (amount optional) 2 Tbls. poupon style mustard 1 or 2 Tbls. Tiger (brand name) sauce (optional) 3 eggs

Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix well with hands. Make sure all meats and ingredients are well blended. If mixture is too dry add another egg, if too moist add more bread crumbs.
Shape into large oblong loaf and place in roasting pan.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F. for 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Juice will run clear when pricked in middle when done. Remove from pan, cover with aluminum foil and let stand in warm place for approximately 1/2 hour, slice and serve.
Cold leftovers make great sandwiches.
