Mexican Meat Loaf A Simple Twist on the Traditional Meatloaf! |

1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. ground sausage 2/3 cup milk 1/2 cup cracker crumbs 1/4 cup salsa 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper 1 packet taco seasoning 1 diced jalapeno (or canned pepper) 1 egg, beaten

Mix all ingredients together gently! Put mixture into a loaf pan. Top with another 1/4 to 1/2 cup of salsa.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for an hour. After 60 minutes, remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for another 10 minutes (or until cheese is melted to your content).
