Pot Roast with Gravy

1 large Pot Roast 3 cans Cream of Mushroom soup 1 can french onion soup salt and pepper, to taste
|
Season Pot Roast with salt and pepper.
Brown in a skillet on all sides to hold in juices.
Add one can of cream of mushroom soup to crock pot. Add pot roast. Add second can of cream of mushroom soup and french onion soup.
Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 or 5 hours.
About an hour before serving add the third can of cream of mushroom soup to thicken gravy.
Great served with egg noodles!!!
