Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast An All-Day Cooker! |

3-3 1/2 pound rump roast 2 pkg. beef pot roast pkg.seasoning 1 onion 2 carrots 1 cut, peeled, baking potato, uncooked 1 can beef stock
|
Rub roast with package seasoning completely. Wrap in foil overnight and store in the refrigerator.
The next morning add cut onion, carrots, potato, and beef stock in bottom of crock pot. Add roast on the top.
Cover and cook for 10-11 hours. Do not open lid for at least 10 hrs. (on low only)! It is super tender and very tasty!!
