Smothered Steak

|
3/4 cup milk, separated 1/2 cup flour 4 small round steaks 1 small onion 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup salt and pepper
|
Place 1/4 cup of milk in bowl. Dip steaks in milk, then coat with flour.
Saute onions in skillet and brown steaks on both sides.
Add remaining milk to soup and add to skillet, reduce heat and simmer with steaks and onion until gravy thickens.
Salt and pepper to taste. This recipe is great with my Garlic Mashed potatoes recipe!
