Spam Casserole

1 can Spam, cubed
1 can mixed vetatables, drained
8-12 ozs. noodles, cooked and drained
1 onion, chopped
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 cup or more shredded cheese
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup white wine
|
Mix all and put in greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until it bubbles.
A friend gave me this recipe. I added the soup and wine. We like this dish, always looking for a simple and easy dish to prepare.
