Stuffed Steak Rolls A Super Dinner! |

6-8 steaks, 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick, approx. 6-8 oz ea. 1 8-9oz. pkg. smoked bacon slices (cut in half) 1 24-32oz. can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Soup can filled with water 2-3 cups uncooked Minute Rice 1 peeled and cored apple (very thinly sliced) 1 16oz. pkg stuffing mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a cutting board, lay out the steaks. Place 3 pieces bacon on the steaks. Cover the bacon with 1-2 thin apple slices. Cover apple slices with thin layer of prepared stuffing. Roll up the steaks, place 2-3 toothpicks through the steaks to hold them together. Place the steaks in a deep oven pan (like a roasting pan). Mix soup and water in a mixing bowl and pour over steaks until they are 1/2 covered. Put in the oven for a 1/2 hour uncovered. Add any remaining mushroom soup and put back into the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, place steaks on a serving dish. Thin soup in pan as needed and add rice to pan, cover and let stand 5-10 min. Remove rice mixture, place in a serving bowl and serve the rice as a side dish.
