Suprise Meatloaf

2lbs. extra lean ground sirloin
1 large onion
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup evap. milk
1/2 c ketchup
2 packets of taco seasoning
|
Mix all of the above ingredients well and put into a non-stick baking pan. Bake 1 - 1 1/4 hours. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve in taco's shell and garnish with lettuce, sour cream, and tomatoes.
