Szechuan Stir Fry Just add the meat of your choice! |

Sauce: 1/2 Cup soy sauce 3 tsp. red pepper 2 tsp. black pepper 3 tsp. curry powder 1/4 cup sugar 2 tsp. garlic powder 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Vegetables: 1 cup cabbage (chopped) 1 cup broccoli flowerettes 1/4 cup potato cubes 1/4 cup carrots (sliced) 1 16oz. can whole corn (drained) 1/4 cup red peppers (chopped)
Meat: 1 1/4 lb Beef Sirloin (cubed)

1) In large skillet brown the beef sirloin with one tbsp oil.
2) Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a small mixing bowl. You can adjust the curry and red pepper to taste.
3) Pour the mixture over the beef, simmer for 5 minutes.
4) Add the vegetables and continue to simmer until they are tender, the key is to not over cook them.
5) Enjoy!
Pork and Chicken is also good with this mixture, try a variety of vegetables to suite your own tastes.
