Taco's, Creole-Style
Taco's with Attitude! Homemade!
What you need:

1 lb ground meat, cheapest kind
Cavender's Greek Seasonings or
for you unfortunates:
Black pepper, thyme, salt, oregano,

3 Tbls. chili powder
2-3 Tbls. cumin(to taste)
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 cup grated bell pepper
Grated chedder or Velveta cheese
Shredded lettuce
1 diced medium tomato
1 box prepared taco shells, super size is good
Premixed taco sauce, piquante or salsa, recommend medium

What you do:

Get you them medium cast iron skillet, put over them medium fire, brown them ground meat.(for you fat nuts drain off them drippin's) Sprinkle in them seasonings, use 6 oz. water to
dissolve them bouillon cubes in them Microwave, add them cumin slowly and taste. Meat should be slightly wet, and put out them fire.
Preheat them shells in them oven, 200 degrees F.for about two minutes, take one out, fill half full of meat,dribble over the meat with about 1-2 tsp. salsa, sprinkle with them grated bell pepper lightly, add them lettuce, and cheese, top with them tomato.
Get out them napkins cause it gonna get messy, and enjoy.
