Turkey Burgers

1/2 pound ground turkey 1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs 1-1/2 tablespoons finely chopped onion 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano 1/8 teaspoon pepper dash Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 1 egg white, beaten 2 tablespoons flour cooking spray 2 buns 2 tomato slices 2 red onion rings

Mix first 12 ingredients together. Make into 2 patties. Fry 5 minutes on each side in a skillet with cooking spray. Put on bun. Place a tomato slice and onion ring on each patty. Top with other half of bun.
Our daughter found this recipe in a cooking magazine in 1996. She doubled the recipe and prepared side dishes for a Sunday dinner. Her father does not like ground turkey but did enjoy these burgers. Enjoy!
