Ultimate Bad Boy BBQ Ribs
BBQ ribs
BBQ sauce-
1/2 bottle Heinz mesquite BBQ sauce
1/2 bottle Heinz plain BBQ sauce
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup Vidalia onion vinaigrette
1/2 cup Jack Daniels Marinade
1/2 cup A-1 Marinade
1 tsp. mesquite liquid smoke

Dry Rub-
1 Tbls. Durkee Chicken and Rib Rub
1 tsp. Garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbls. seasoning salt
1 tsp. Rosemary
1 tsp. Thyme
1 Tbls. KC Masterpiece BBQ seasoning
1/2 tsp. old Hickory smoked salt (Spice Island Brand)
1 Tbls. Cowboy Rub (Spice Hunter Brand)
1 tsp. Black pepper

Extra Ingredients-
1/2 cup olive or light vegetable oil
4 Full Racks of Baby Back ribs

 



Combine all wet ingredients for BBQ Sauce in a 2 quart container and set aside.

Combine all dry ingredients for dry rub in a small bowl and set aside.

Cut ribs into quarters or halves as desired.

Place ribs in large pot on stove.
Parboil Ribs for approx 1 1/2 hours or until bone shows through.
Drain Ribs and allow to cool to touchable tempature.

Lightly coat ribs with olive oil or light vegetable oil. Rub Ribs with dry rub spice combination.

Spray grill with non-stick spray.

Place on grill and using a basting brush, apply BBQ sauce to Ribs.

Repeating several times during a 1- 1 1/2 hour period.

Ribs should be falling away from bone

Can use oven as well as Charcoal grill, gas grilling is not recommended.
