- 1 Cup Spinach (chopped_ - 1 Cup Kale (chop a bit) - 1 Cucumber (leave skin on) - 1 Celery Stalk (chopped ~ include tops) - 2 Apples (leave skins on remove core)

Wash and chop everything. As needed add filtered water in blender, add cucumber, then combine remaining ingrediants slowly in a blender, this recipe makes about 1 days worth of your 5 a day servings of your vegetables and fruits. Drink throughout the day.
