Cool Mocha Blast Mocha-Based Cool Drink with Peppermint Kick |

4 Heaping Tbls. General Foods International Suisse Mocha 1 Heaping Tbls. General Foods International Chai Latte 1 cup cold Milk 1 1/2 cups Hot or boiling water 1/4 cup International Delights Vanilla Creamer 1 tsp. Cinnamon Sugar 1 tsp. Regular Granulated Sugar 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp. Peppermint Extract 1/2 tsp. Lemon Extract Cool whip or preffered whipped cream hersheys chocolate syrup

In a tall container, preferably insulated for temperature change, mix in the Suisse Mocha Powder and the Chai Latte Powder.
Add the hot water, milk and International Delights Vanilla Creamer, the cinnamon sugar, regular sugar, lemon extract, peppermint extract and Vanilla extract. DO NOT LEAVE OUT PEPPERMINT EXTRACT!
Let cool at room temp for 1/2 - 1 hour. Set in the refrigerator for 8-10 hrs, preferrably overnight.
Stir before drinking!
For extra taste: Add desired amount of whipped cream to the top, sprinkle pinch of cinnamon sugar on whipped cream and for an extra blast and look, finish off with a few swirls of hershey's chocolate syrup.
