Egg Nog A Holiday Treat |

12 eggs separated 1 1/2 cups Bourbon 1/2 cup brandy 1 cup sugar 6 cups milk 1 tsp. nutmeg

Day before Serving: In a large bowl beat egg yolks with mixer at high speed gradually sprinkle in sugar. Beat until mixture is thick and light colored, about 15 minutes. Frequently scraping bowl with rubber spatula. Beat in bourbon and brandy drop by drop to prevent curdling yolks. Cover and chill.
About 20 minutes before serving:
In a large bowl with mixer at high speed beat egg whites until soft peak form. In large chilled punch bowl stir yolk mixture, with milk and nutmeg fold whites into mixture.
