Highland Mulled Red Wine Festive Cheer |

1 2-Litre Bottle of Fruity Red Wine 6 Tbls. or 30g Soft light brown sugar 2 Cinnamon Sticks 1 Lemon (sliced) 4 Whole Cloves 1/4 pint Brandy Lemon slices to serve

All ingredients except the sugar and Brandy should be put into a large pan.
Bring the wine mixture to the boil and dissolve the sugar.
Remove the pan cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes to infuse.
Strain then add the brandy and lemon slices.
Serve warm.
