Licor de ovo - Egg Nogg
Christmas Holiday Recipe from The Azores Islands!
5 egg yolks
250 grs. sugar
1/2 l. fresh cream
1/2 l. good cognac, Macieira, 5 stars

 

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the cream and alcoholic drink, beating constantly. Keep in a bottle in the refrigerator, serving with a little cinnamon.
