Mocha Coffee Gift Mix
Makes a Wonderful Christmas Gift! |

1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 cup of sugar
2/3 cup powdered coffee creamer
1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/3 cup instant coffee
1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

Press the coffee through a sieve; Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until well-blended. Spoon into decorative jars; Cover. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
Directions:
Place 1/4 cup Mocha Coffee mix in mug. Add 3/4 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
