1-2 oz. 1:1 Simple Syrup 2 1.5 oz espresso shots Ice Cubes 2-3 oz half and half
Espresso Machine Cocktail Shaker

Take a cocktail shaker, fill with simple syrup and then 6 ice cubes. Brew your shots of espresso into a glass and then into the shaker. (This is done so that if you pull a bad shot it does not ruin the drink). Put the lid on and shake for about 10-20 seconds. Remove the lid and pour into a glass. Add 3 more ice cubes and top with half and half. Give the glass a small flick of the wrist to distribute milk as desired. Makes about 1 12 oz drink. Feel free to play with the ratios of milk, espresso, etc. Enjoy!
