Chocolate Roulade Ring Sweet Bread |

2lb. Bread dough (unproven) Jar of Chocolate Spread Packet of Crushed Hazelnuts Olive Oil Bar of Coarsey chopped or Grated chocolate
|
Knead the dough, adding the grated chocolate during the process.
Roll out your dough, spread thickly with chocolate spread, sprinkle over nuts and roll the dough back up like a swiss roll (roulade).
Place on a baking sheet and brush some water on one end and tuck into the other to form a ring. Brush lightly with olive oil and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until cooked which ever is sooner.
