Chocolate Roulade Ring
Sweet Bread
2lb. Bread dough (unproven)
Jar of Chocolate Spread
Packet of Crushed Hazelnuts
Olive Oil
Bar of Coarsey chopped or Grated chocolate


Knead the dough, adding the grated chocolate during the process.

Roll out your dough, spread thickly with chocolate spread, sprinkle over nuts and roll the dough back up like a swiss roll (roulade).

Place on a baking sheet and brush some water on one end and tuck into the other to form a ring. Brush lightly with olive oil and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until cooked which ever is sooner.
