Cranberry Double Banana Muffins
The Combo of Bananas and Cranberries is Delicious! |

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. banana cream instant pudding mix
3 eggs
3 or 4 large ripe mashed bananas
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups fresh cranberries
|
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, mashed bananas and oil. Stir with a wooden spoon just until blended. Fold in cranberries. Spoon batter into two prepared 12-cup muffin tins, greased.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until set and golden.
