Egg Yolk Rolls Homemade Bread So Easy!! |

6 cups scaulded milk 1/2 cup sugar 2 tsp. salt 1/4 cup shortening 2 pkg. yeast in 1/2 cup warm water 1/2 cup warm water 16 cups flour 1 dozen egg yolks

To scauld milk, heat to almost a boil, when small bubbles begin to form.
Add milk to the sugar, salt, and shortening. Let cool. Add 6 cups of the flour to the milk and then mix the yeast mixtured into it. Add the egg yolks to the above mixture and beat well. Add 10 cups of flour and knead until smooth. Let raise in a warm spot, covered for 1 1/2 hours. Shape into buns and place buns in greased pans. Let raise one hour. Bake at 325F for 25-30 minutes. After baking, brush tops with butter for a shine.
