GiaGia's Godly Bread The Most Delicious Greek Bread Made! |

2 small packages yeast 2 glasses water *as much flour needed to make firm *1 teaspoon of salt *1/4 of a cup of ouzo(greek alchohol)
|
-mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. -add flour. -mix -beat it with your hands(as if you were punching it) -start rolling the dough. -put the rolls of bread you made and put it in a pan. -take a towel and cover the pan and let dough rise without cooking(it will trust me) -preheat oven to 300 degrees F. -after a half hour of bread sitting with towel open a small corner of towel and push down bread once with finger. -take the towel off, put the bread in the oven and let sit in there. -Keep checking on bread until a light brown color. -take bread out and let sit for ten minutes of cooling and ENJOY!!!!!!!!
