Green Bread A Quick Bread for Saint Patrick's Da |

1 18.25 box yellow or white cake mix with pudding 1 3-4 oz. box pistachio pudding 1 c. sour cream 2 Tbsp. water 1/4 c. oil 4 eggs
|
Mix in mixer according to the directions on the box. Add green food coloring to get desired color. Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until a pick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove for pans. Cool on a cooling rack. Slice and arrange on a serving plate and sprinkle with colored confetti sprinkles.
I recieved this recipe from my granddaughter, Alexus, when she was in kindergarten. Her teacher told them the leprechauns had visited and messed up the room, but they left them a piece of their special bread. She still bakes this bread for St. Patrick's Day. She graduated from the 8th grade this past May.
