Indian Bannock Bannock |

4 to 5 cups of flour 1\4 lb. tenderflake lard 3 Tbls. baking powder 2-1/2 cups water or milk 1 tsp. salt
|
Put the flour in a bowl, add baking powder, salt and the lard. Mix it with your hands and crumble it up. Then add the water or milk.
Grease 9x13 pan and put the bannock dough in the pan. Knead it down. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.
