Judith's 2 Hour Rolls

3 cups luke warm water 8 Tbls. white sugar (1/3 cup) 6 Tbls. cooking oil (3/4 cup) 2 eggs 1 Tbls. salt 2 Tbls. instant yeast 8 cups flour
|
Put the above ingredients into a bowl in the order that you see them.
Mix, let rise 15 minutes, punch down, let rise another 15 minutes. Punch down than put into pans.
Let it rise 1/2 hour, then Bake at 350 degrees F. for 18 to 20 minutes.
