Old Fashioned Popovers Culinary Arts Institute-1945 |

1 1/2 cups sifted flour 1/2 tsp. salt 3 eggs 1 1/2 cups milk
|
Sift flour and salt, beat eggs and add milk. Stir gradually into flour to make a smooth batter. Beat thoroughly with a rotary beater.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 20 minutes. Remove to cooling racks.
Serve hot. Great anytime with everything!
