Onion rolls

1 pkg. active dry yeast 1 cup scalded milk 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup minced onions 3 cups flour 2 eggs
|
Add eggs to above mixture; add onions. Add flour and salt. Put into greased bowl; turn once to coat. Let rise until double. Divide dough. Roll out; cut each into 12 pie shaped wedges. Roll up, starting with the wide end. Let rise until double. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, until light brown. Coat with butter. Makes 2 dozen.
