Peanut Banana & Sour Cream Bread Different and Delicious! |

1/4 cup confectionary sugar** 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder** 1/3 cup butter 1 1/2 cups white sugar 2 medium eggs 3 very ripe bananas, mashed 1/4 tsp. salt, pinch 2 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 cup (8oz.) sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped, unsalted

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Grease two 7x3 inch loaf pans. In a small bowl blend together the confectionary sugar and cinnamon powder. Dust the greased loaf pans lightly with this mixture.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and white sugar. Mix in the eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream vanilla and remaining cinnamon. You can add a bit more cinnamon if you prefer that taste.
Add salt, baking powder and flour to the mixture and mix well. Lastly stir in chopped peanuts.
Divide into prepared pans and place on the center rack in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
This great anytime, including breakfast!
