Popovers - Do Ahead From my Grandmother! |

1 cup flour 1 cup milk 4 eggs salt to taste
|
Mix ingredients with fork until just blended.
Refrigerate batter.
To Bake: fill buttered popover pan or custard cups 1/2 full. Place in COLD oven.
Set temperature to 425 degrees F. Bake 30 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 300 degrees F. Bake 6-8 minutes.
May brush with butter while hot.
Tip: Do NOT open oven while baking!
